Appointments for cleaning services can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation notice from Instyle Cleaning, which may be sent via email or phone.

For recurring cleaning plans, a consistent schedule will be established. Any changes to recurring appointments must be communicated in advance, as detailed in the "Cancellations and Rescheduling" section.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for services will be provided at the time of your quote or booking. Prices may vary based on the type of service, property size, and specific client requirements. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for additional services requested on-site or for areas that require significantly more time than initially estimated.

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the booked service cost, or the full service cost at our discretion.

Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Instyle Cleaning is committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, return to re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to services not explicitly requested or areas explicitly excluded from the cleaning scope.

7. Damages and Breakages

Our cleaning professionals exercise extreme care when cleaning your property. In the unfortunate event that damage or breakage occurs during a cleaning service, Instyle Cleaning will take full responsibility for repair or replacement, provided it is reported within 24 hours of the service completion and is a direct result of our staff's actions. Claims reported after this period may not be honored.

We are not responsible for damage due to faulty installation, prior damage, or items that are not properly secured. We are also not responsible for damage to items that our cleaners have been explicitly instructed to clean against our recommendations.
